Merch Supply LLC specializes in custom DTF (Direct to Film) transfers and related printing services.

Because our products are custom-made based on customer-submitted artwork, you acknowledge:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen vs. print differences

  • Print results depend on the quality of artwork provided

  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files

Customers are responsible for approving their designs before purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Payment is processed securely through Shopify-approved payment gateways.

5. Order Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Merch Supply LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Incorrect file uploads

  • Incorrect sizing or design selections made by the customer

Orders with errors caused by customer input are not eligible for refunds.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or carrier-related issues

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property & Artwork

You confirm that:

  • You own the rights to all artwork uploaded, or

  • You have permission to use the artwork

Merch Supply LLC is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted content.

We do not sell, reuse, or redistribute customer artwork without permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its content:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To violate intellectual property rights

  • To submit false or misleading information

  • To interfere with security features

Violation may result in termination of access.

9. Limitation of Liability

Merch Supply LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Misuse of products after delivery

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
