At Merch Supply, we take pride in fast, reliable fulfillment and transparent shipping practices. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include transit time.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are 100% insured. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, insurance coverage applies according to UPS policies.
Delivery Time & Delays
Once your order has been handed over to UPS, Merch Supply is not responsible for shipping delays, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Peak shipping seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
Delivery timelines provided by UPS are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Merch Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with an insurance claim if applicable.
