All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)
All products sold by Merch Supply LLC are custom-made DTF (Direct to Film) transfers. Because these items are produced based on customer-submitted artwork, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to customer-provided files or approvals.
What Is NOT Eligible for Refunds or Reprints
Refunds or reprints will NOT be issued for the following:

Color variations or color shifts that result from the print files submitted by the customer. Screen colors may differ from printed results.

Pixelated, blurry, or low-quality prints caused by low-resolution or poor-quality artwork provided by the customer.

Spelling, grammatical, or design errors that were created, uploaded, or approved by the customer.

White outlines, halos, or unwanted borders caused by semi-transparent pixels, improper file preparation, or artwork not fully flattened before submission.

Damage caused by the shipping carrier after the order has left our facility. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Gang sheets with overlaps, ghosting, misalignment, or other layout irregularities that were submitted or approved by the customer for printing.
By placing an order, you confirm that your artwork and gang sheets are final and approved for production.
Damaged or Defective Orders (Our Error)
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect caused by us (such as incorrect printing not related to your submitted files), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will reprint the order or issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders (Production Error)
If we produce an order incorrectly due to our mistake (wrong print, wrong size, or missing items), we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Issues
Merch Supply LLC is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Damage caused during transit
Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related claims.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
If you need to request a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes are not guaranteed.
