Ordering & pricing
What is a gang sheet?
One large sheet of transfer film with as many of your designs on it as will fit. You're charged for the sheet, not per design, so filling it up lowers the cost of everything on it.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum is 22"x24" and no setup fees. One sheet is a perfectly normal order.
Do I have to use the builder?
No. If your sheet is already laid out, upload the finished file instead. If you'd rather not lay anything out at all, our pre-made sheets are ready to print as they are.
Can I mix different designs on one sheet?
Yes. That's the point of a gang sheet — as many different designs as you can fit, in whatever sizes you need.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Pricing is the same for everyone and it's published on the site. Larger sheets already bring the cost per design down, so the more you gang, the better the rate.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If it hasn't printed yet we can usually amend it; once it's on the press we can't stop it.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — order a FREE sample pack and see how our transfers press before committing to a run.
Before you upload
Artwork & files
What file format should I send?
A print-ready PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, built at the size you want it printed. PDF works too. Vector files such as AI, EPS or SVG are ideal when you have them.
What resolution do my designs need to be?
300 DPI at final print size. Anything below that risks printing soft or pixelated, and we'll email you before running it.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes, every file. We look at resolution, transparency and sizing, and we'll email you if something needs fixing rather than printing a file we know will disappoint.
What will you fix for me, and what will you ask about?
We'll reposition designs on the sheet, trim stray whitespace and make small scaling adjustments. We'll come back to you about low-resolution art, a white or coloured box behind a design, anything wider than the sheet ordered, or artwork that looks licensed or trademarked.
Will the printed colours match what I see on screen?
Very closely, but screens are backlit and film isn't, so expect a small shift. If exact colour is critical, order a sample first.
Can you fix or redraw my artwork?
Ask us. Small clean-ups are usually no problem; bigger redraws we'll quote for.
Do you keep my files for reordering?
Get in touch when you want a repeat and we'll let you know what we still have on file.
After it arrives
Pressing & garments
What temperature and time should I press at?
It depends on the garment. Full settings for cotton, blends, polyester, tri-blends, hats and canvas are on our pressing instructions page.
Can I use a home iron?
We don't recommend it. Irons don't hold even temperature or apply consistent pressure across the design, which is what makes a transfer bond properly.
What garments do your transfers work on?
Cotton, blends, polyester, tri-blends, canvas and most hats. Polyester needs lower heat to avoid scorching and dye migration.
How durable are they once pressed?
Pressed correctly, the print outlasts the shirt. Wash inside out on cold and skip the tumble dryer where you can.
My transfer didn't stick properly — what went wrong?
Almost always heat, time or pressure. Check your press against the settings for that fabric and run a test garment. If you've followed them and it still fails, send us a photo.

Shipping, pickup & problems
How long until my order ships?
1–2 business days from Richmond, TX.
How much is shipping?
We ship UPS, and it's free on orders over $79. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes — pickup is available at our Richmond, TX pickup location. Choose it at checkout and we'll message you when your order is ready.
What if the transfer comes out wrong?
If the fault is ours, we reprint it free. Send us a photo and we'll sort it.
How long do custom apparel orders take?
Pressed apparel runs on its own schedule — four business days minimum, and longer during busy periods. We confirm your exact ship date on the quote.
What's included in an apparel package?
50 shirts in assorted sizes from S to XL, front or back print, unlimited print colours, and you can mix and match sizes and colours. One design across all 50. Extra print locations are $1.50 each.
