F.A.Q
What exactly is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a method where your design is printed onto a special transfer film, then heat-pressed onto fabric or other surfaces. It delivers vibrant, long-lasting prints on a wide range of materials.
What materials can I print on?
Our DTF transfers work beautifully on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics — including both light and dark garments thanks to our white base layer.
What is a gang sheet and why use one?
A gang sheet is a single transfer film that contains multiple designs arranged together. It’s a smart way to save money and get lots of designs printed in one go.
Can I put different designs on one sheet?
Yes! You can combine multiple designs in varying sizes on a single sheet using our online gang sheet builder.
Do I need special software for a gang sheet?
Not at all — our online tool lets you upload and arrange your art easily, no Adobe programs required. But if you prefer professional design software (like Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW), you can use those too.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, SVG, JPG, TIFF, EPS, and PDF. For best quality, upload high-resolution (300 dpi) files in CMYK mode and include a transparent background for DTF transfers or Gang sheet runs.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes! Same-day printing services are available — just place your order by our cutoff time (2pm CST) to qualify.
Can I change my design after ordering?
We begin processing orders immediately. If you spot an issue right after ordering, contact us ASAP — if your item hasn’t been printed yet, we may be able to revise it.
What happens if something goes wrong with my order?
If there’s a problem with your order — like a printing error or defect — contact our customer service team. We’re committed to making it right.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide several shipping methods, including standard and expedited services. Costs and delivery times vary based on your selection at checkout.
Is local pickup an option?
At this moment, no. We are working with other vendors for lockbox access.
