Accepted File Types: We accept several file types, including SVG. For the best results, we recommend using vector files such as EPS, AI, or SVG whenever possible.
Image Resolution: If you’re uploading an image (not a vector), make sure it’s at least 300 DPI. This helps prevent blurry or pixelated prints.
Sizing & Proportions: Upload your design in the same shape and proportions as the size you choose. This helps avoid stretching or resizing issues during printing.
Artwork Preparation: Make sure your design has a transparent background and is clean and clear. Avoid semi-transparent or faded edges around your artwork, as these can cause unwanted white outlines when printed. All edges should be solid and fully opaque for the best results.
Gang Sheet Layout: For best print quality, please place designs with very small details (under 2.5") or very thin lines on a separate gang sheet from your regular designs. These types of prints require different production settings to ensure the fine lines are properly covered and printed accurately.
Haltoned Designs: Please separate halftone designs on a new gang sheet as it requires different settings for the small dots.
