Accepted File Types: We accept several file types, including SVG. For the best results, we recommend using vector files such as AI or SVG whenever possible.
Image Resolution: If you’re uploading an image (not a vector), make sure it’s at least 300 DPI. This helps prevent blurry or pixelated prints.
Sizing & Proportions: Upload your design in the same shape and proportions as the size you choose. This helps avoid stretching or resizing issues during printing.
Color Setup: Please use the CMYK color mode so your printed colors look as close as possible to what you see on screen.
Artwork Preparation: Make sure your design has a transparent background and is clean and clear. Avoid semi-transparent or faded edges around your artwork, as these can cause unwanted white outlines when printed. All edges should be solid and fully opaque for the best results.
